01 / THE ICE CREAM CLUB
Make happiness a regular thing.
Families sign up and pay upfront for four or eight school visits per year. At about $6 per item, every visit brings a treat for enrolled kids and a giveback for your school.
We keep track of enrolled students and their visits. Together, we coordinate a schedule that fits your school year.

A few good questions.
Can we combine fundraising options?
Let’s talk about what fits your community. A school might plan a Club for the year, offer classroom parties through an auction and add a party-pack fundraiser for families.
How does the Club differ from a monthly card?
The Club is coordinated through your school with four or eight scheduled visits and a student roster. The proposed monthly card is an individual redemption program with one eligible treat per month for a year.
How is the Club and spirit-night giveback calculated?
We compare 10% of gross sales with 20% of net and give back whichever is larger. Before your program, we confirm the sales included, the costs used to calculate net and the payout timing. The calculator shows the gross-sales portion only.
Do we have to run an auction to offer classroom parties?
No. You can sell a classroom party directly at your chosen price. At the suggested $200 partner cost and a $300–$350 sale price, your organization keeps $100–$150 per classroom.
What should we share when we reach out?
Your organization’s name, the program you’re interested in, approximate participation, location and preferred timing. We’ll use those details to discuss availability and finalize your plan.
